Chinese Kung Fu has a long source of history and great cultural impact. It is a national treasure. In the past two thousand years, it has developed various theoretical, scientific and practical features or implications.
Traditional Kung Fu has become popular in its recent revival. To succeed and exhibit such valuable tradition, Hong Kong, as an international city where the East meets the West, stands as an excellent stage for portraying Chinese martial arts. Kung Fu is not only advocated and studied intensely here, but also influences the life and mind of many people.
