Enrollment Charge

The enrollment charge consists of the application fee and event fee.
1. Application Fee:

Individual HK$100 / US$15 per person.
Group HK$100 / US$15 per group
Note: Each captain, coach, or athlete has to pay the application fee $100 once.

2. Event Fee: (Each participant is limited to 3 events, exclusive of group events.)

Single Event - HK$180 / US$25, Double - $280 / US$40, Triple - $380 / US$52.
Group Event - HK$100 / US$15 per person, the minimum is HK$500 / US$68 per group.

3. All participants must be responsible for their own travel and safety insurance expense.

Enrollment Procedure

Deadline of enrollment/application: 30th October, 2010
Applicants (individual or group) should sign or chop, enclose photocopies of identity card / passport, and two 2” photos. Applicants must also sign the safety statement.
Completed forms, payment slips and documents etc. should be sent to the address below. Alternatively, they can be emailed to info@hongkongtaiji.com or faxed to: 852-30119554
There is a HK$200 charge if a participant requests to change the event after the submission of application.
Participants will be confirmed by email after they are enrolled successfully. Please print the email address clearly.

Payment Remittance

Bank draft or Hong Kong cheque payable to “Hong Kong Tai Ji Study Society” OR
Transfer the amount to our Hong Kong HSBC account:
(Bank code: 004) 178-758926-838. Send us the payment slip for confirmation. OR
For overseas applicants, they can opt to pay in US dollars via PayPal online. Contact us at taiji@thecorner.org and we will email you a payment request.
Enrollment charge is not refundable.
